Millennium Fellowship Project: HealthActive

Hypertension also known as the silent killer disease and it is a major risk factor of Cardiovascular Disease. Public awareness creation, health education and follow up on treatment and lifestyle modification of individuals in regards to hypertension had been inadequate and this had led to high mortality rate resulting from uncontrolled hypertension.
