" A collaborative approach in whatever venture is almost a guarantee of success. The Millennium Fellowship presents such an opportunity. Gathering together and getting to learn not only from peers but from seniors alike and supporting each other in the various pursuits in fulfilling UN sdgs will be great. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Rising Sun

The project is a yearly voluntary tutoring initiative. The primary targets are local day school secondary students who we recruit at the beginning of each academic year based on academic merit and commitment to give back to the initiative . The primary goal is to enable them complete their syllabus on time to be able to stand an equal chance with their peers in extra county schools in securing spots at institutions of higher learning. Throughout the year, the students are assigned to various groups based on their syllabus coverage levels and helped to complete it on time by being availed print- outs and aided to go through them. They are also mentored and coached on careers by speakers that we bring on board monthly.
