Millennium Fellowship Project: Nutrispo
Nutrispo is all about adressing non communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity,underweight and overweight and so on. We are passionate, diverse and create interdependent between proper nutrition, being physical active and good healthy and well being.
Our main objective
It is to create a diverse awareness of proper nutrition ( eating healthy ), being physical active and good healthy
About the Millennium Fellow
Jean de la paix DUSHIMIRIMANA is a third year nutritionist student at university of Rwanda in college of medicine and health sciences where he covers his studies and work with a focus on appreciating diversity, equity, inclusion and giving back to the community around him.
He was born in Rwanda and he is currently studying at university of Rwanda in Rwanda where he is doing bachelors in human nutrition and dietetics.
For as long as he could remember, Jean de la paix has been passionate about living significant life to others and he also has an amazing personality to help people in evident in the numerous school charity activities I participated in such as helping community members every term, being students' adviser, the school news reporter and a member of the Builders of Hope in Africa in which Jean de la paix and other students have been supporting very poor kids, providing tuition and scholastic to them from their pockets money. They built the houses and prepared gardens for every poor people, the elderly and genocide survivors in the community around their high school.
One can see that Jean de la paix is not only an outstanding leader but he also enjoys helping people and seeing how others underprivileged people lives.
Jean de la paix aspires to be in a professional field where he can cultivate those charity activities further and provide his own contribution in the development of the United nations sustainable goals.
