" Networking and collaboration go a long way since no one is an island. To achieve goals, we need more than just ourselves and therefore being a Millennium Fellow will not only make this easy for me by linking me with like minded indiiduals, but also open a world of new ideas and thought processes that will make the experience worthwhile. This will not only make me a better person but also more connected to a larger circle. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Baba Dogo Desk Drive
Baba Dogo Desk Drive seeks to advance quality education by providing a sustainable learning environment for learners in Super Educational Centre and make them comfortable so that they are able to learn without distractions. We noticed that the students are sharing desks which are in poor condition and this way they are unable to follow class well since they are squeezed and not comfortable. By availing new and better desks, we seek to make them more comfortable and maximize their potential in school.
