In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. Millennium Fellowship Project: Amari Initiative
The Amari Initiative (#TAI) was created by Reitumetse kganyago and Ntalo Mkhabela to promote mental health awareness amongst students. The aim of this initiative is to create a safe space that allows students to talk about their mental health without feeling uncomfortable, as well as encouraging them to be themselves. During the Millennium Fellowship period, period, #TAI will create an instagram page to reach atleast 250 people. hosting a minimuin of 3 webinars. This platform will allow for followers to interact with us and our content.
About the Millennium Fellow
Reitumetse Nare Kganyago is a confident, strongwilled law student. Who is passionate about having a postive impact on the word and uplifting the people of her community. She enjoys debating and learning about insightful ways to challenge her intellect and point of views. she is very creative and a very good team player but also has great leadership skills. Being the head of the media committee for the Law Student Council. She has always wanted to work with or for the United Nations with the aim of helping them fulfill their goals.
