About the Millennium Fellow

Friday Omosola is a brilliant and vibrant young Nigerian who believes in championing the SDG's goals and ensuring people whose rights are infringed upon get justice. He was born in Ilowo, a community in Ilaje's local government area of Ondo State, Nigeria.

As a journalist, he used his pen and investigation ideas to expose irregularities carried out by government officials and other individuals. He tracked government procurement projects to ensure the money budgeted for the constituency and capital projects are used judiciously for their purpose.

He is a member of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) an NGO organization centered on engaging communities for a better life with donations to schools to improve learning and others.

He has also contributed to a sustainable environment through Aquaworld.
