Being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will enable me refine and harness my abilities in a very productive way and help me improve on them to become a better problem solver. The skills I'll garner from the Fellowship will empower me to align my goals with the UNAI principles and SDGs. I'm excited for this capacity building opportunity that'll help me make the desired positive change, inspire me with new ideas and unlock more creative avenues within me. "

About the Millennium Fellow

Onoyemeh Adams is a creative, young and vibrant medical student at Ambrose Alli university, Edo state, Nigeria. She was born and resides in Nigeria. She has always been passionate about good health and well-being, hence her decision to study medicine to be able to save lives and impact positively to humanity. This passion has fueled her zeal to volunteer in numerous medical outreaches in order to meet reach out to more people. She has served in various capacities in the different bodies she has been opportuned to work with and she looks forward to being able to impact individuals on a global scale. She aspires to continue working towards these goals and also contribute to the development of the United Nations sustainable goals.
