Henon nesredin is a 3rd year pharmacy student in Addis Ababa university. She is a 21 years old first born from a small city called Harar,ethiopia . She is an ambitious, confident, a born leader, protagonist and goal oriented. Her personality is more of an assertive and a little bit of turbulent, also prospecting and a little bit of judging, gives a huge place for her thought and perceptions than emotion and feeling, more of an intuitive than an observant, extraverted than introverted.
What an intense intro right!!!, From the intro you can observe some of the qualities Henon have which is self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence. Well, Henon's confidence and all her strengths are developed through a long process which started from her being the first born of her house which left her with the responsibility to take care of her younger brother, to do well in my academics and also expectations placed on her to be creative, obedience, and role model. Henon has been the perfect first-born child for her family. Through her elementary and high-school life she was the team leader, the representative, the curious with an exceptional and excellent grade. She managed to win 3 mathematical competitions regionally, placed 3rd position in regional civil education and student performance competition and score the 2nd highest score from her region in preparation to university national examination. In her preparatory classes she was the president of her school’s student activity club for two years which further helped her develop her personal skills like that of leadership, an ability to work in a team, to organize events, to fund raise (for thier class graduation magazine and dinner program). After she land in Addis Ababa university pharmacy school, regardless of the new and peculiar environment, she managed to participate in many extracurricular activities including forming Addis ababa pharmacy student club and ECA club which aims to enhance pharmacy students’ participation in extracurricular activities. She is currently a pillar lead in Ethio-mind in Addis community organization, a representative gender officer of pharmacy students in student council, a team leader and sales manager in haMADE product startup company, one of the electoral board committees, an active member of youth and education support service Ethiopia, an admin host of act on youth empowerment club and youth voice Ethiopia. From all these we can say Henon is a bright ,confident,active 21 years old an adult girl.
