" As a person who lives by the famous quote, 'be the change you seek to see', being a part of the MCN will help me get first hand knowledge on leadership skills and training while harnessing the provisional and diverse network the program comes with towards improving myself personally and professionally in order to bring about long lasting sustainable change in my community.
It is also an opportunity for me to get mentorship while learning from more experienced people and building a stable network and connection for effective possible future collaborations. "
