Millennium Fellowship Project: National Mental Health Advocacy Campaign

Mental health awareness campaigns both online and offline aimed at educating secondary school and college students on mental health. The project was carried out as a means of equipping young people with the knowledge they require to deal with mental health problems and assist those affected. One of the projects involved educating secondary school students on the relationship between STEM and mental health. The virtual programs involved awareness on specific meantal health problems.

About the Millennium Fellow

Victoria Onyimowor Ochenehi is a 400L pharmacy student who is a public health enthusiast and an active volunteer whose passion for giving back to the community has led her into partaking in various community and social development projects. Her zeal to make positive impacts has driven her into holding various leadership positions including the coordinator, of the Anti-drug Misuse and Abuse program, A.B.U Zaria Chapter where she contributes her quota to raising awareness of the dangers of drug abuse and misuse. She is also the founder of the Pharmental Initiative, an initiative aimed at improving the mental health of pharmacy students in Nigeria.
