" I am really grateful to be a Millennium Fellow because it provides me a platform to create public awareness on autism as i feel with greater public awareness, it can help not just individuals with autism, but also make lives easier for families and caregivers. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Hope

the basic idea behind my project is to create public awareness about autism specturm disorder. in india, i feel there is zero awareness about autism, even the family members, after knowing what autism is, i feel there is hardly any acceptance because of what society will think, how they will look at my autistic child and the list of worries goes on. Project hope will aims to help parents of children with autism by creating awareness which will help clear up stereotypes and misunderstandings, and will serve as a form of emotional support for parents and caregivers.
Now about how i'll do this is via instagram, i will create a page where i'll be sharing information through infographics, posts, and visually arrestings illustrations which will be fun and easy way to help individuals understand better.
