" "Gender inequality has been an issue prevailing in the underbelly of society for centuries now. With the stereotype being ever present we want to debunk it and empower other genders by supporting them and creating a platform where they can truly be themselves. Nobody should be forced to behave in a way that does not present their true nature and hence my aim was to create a safe space for them to feel accepted and confident in their own identity.” "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Nobody Else

We want people to feel comfortable in their own skin, with their own gender identity. In the society we live in, there is such a pervasive stigma associated with non-heteronormative gender identities, forcing people to hide their true selves. We want to provide a platform to spread awareness, initiate a diaologue and ultimately create a safe space where people feel accepted and confident in their own identity. We want to educate and empower individuals to have the awareness and strength to advocate for their own equality and perpetuate the idea of unity. We want to dispel any gender specific stereotypes that cause discrimination to be shown to individuals based on behavior, identity or gender expression (such as androgyny).
