Ashoka University | Sonipat, India | Advancing SDG 4 & UNAI 5
" There is a strong allure for meaningful social impact work that draws me toward the Millennium Fellowship. I have a strong sensitivity and deep empathy for individuals and families who are among minority groups, under substantial stress and marginalized. This is a beautiful and powerful platform to express, grow and contribute to a noble cause. The Fellowship would connect me to a network of passionate and driven social impact workers who I can learn a lot from. A semester-long leadership development program would help me become a better leader and a better team member for tomorrow. I hope to continue my development as a social worker here, and I'm excited to be able to contribute my skills to achieve positive outcomes. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Interlude
We, at Interlude, hope to engage in helping gap-year students across India explore & grow. We wish to fight the social stigma of taking a gap year in India & create a future where students in India have the freedom to take an academic break.
Taking a breather from the educational cycle is not promoted or supported in India. We want to change that by being one of India's first ventures which are home to gap year students.
