" Hounded by the manifold crises surrounding us today, I take refuge in the belief that sustainable development can help us solve problems like climate change and inequality. Having learnt about these issues as a child, it is distressing to know that the actions being taken today are not enough. I am urged to not feel helpless. I feel that these issues address me and everyone around me, equally, and this is about our common future. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Shabdkosh
The project aims at creating quality educational resources for all students. These resources shall be created by student volunteers who enrich the material based on their own experiences and peer review. The resources will be made accessible to students from underprivileged backgrounds free of cost. The funds raised from the sale of these resources through online platforms or partnerships with NGOs shall be used to further the underprivileged students' education. Through the project, emphasis will not only be on practical topics of everyday life, and scientific living, but also on values such as compassion and embracing diversity.
