Millennium Fellowship Project: Koi Bhooka Nahi Soyega (KBNS)
WHY?
In almost every restaurant left over food from the customers is thrown in the garbage. And outside the same restaurant or streets there are people begging for food. That is completely a waste when we live in a country where the poverty ratio is 39.3%. people not having even 2 times a day meal. And also, it’s a sin to waste food or water. As Holy Prophet says:
"Do Not Waste Water Even If You Were at a Running Stream"
SOLUTION!
Place a food box on each table of the restaurant with a note that please fill this box with your leftover clean food which will be given to a needy people.
When the ones eating fill the box and let it on the table the waiter will verify the box and tape it.
Then he will place the box outside the restaurant on a table.
From where a needy person can pick a box for themselves and leave.
IMPACT!
Save the food from being waste in the dustbin and provided to a needy person. Will encourage the helping of poor in the society.
Promote the Concept of “KOI BUKHA NAI SOI GA”. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO BED HUNGRY
