Millennium Fellowship Project: Tech Transcends
Tech Transcends is a group of students who have an objective to guide newcomers into the computer engineering world. Most beginners face difficulty choosing their paths and getting resources and the motivation to study and reach their goals. We aim at orientating these newcomers to well defined paths and providing them the resources to get them to a state where they can be useful in the industry. For now, we are focused on new students into the computer science and computer engineering departments of our university, The university of Bamenda
About the Millennium Fellow
Tanjuate Brunostar Achaleke is a 4th year computer engineering student at the university of Bamenda who believes in working in a team with others where members can support and collaborate with one another. He is a part of a group in his campus called tech transcends in which he works with others to orientate new students in the computer engineering and computer science departments of his university on the various paths in the computer industry and the opportunities each path presents, this enables new students to have enough information to make informed decisions about their future in the tech industry. This organization also offers mentorship to newcomers, making access to resources and help easy for them.
