Millennium Fellowship Project: Birth by Choice

This is a project where local women that have little or no access to Healthcare are given the chance to choose to practice safe, effectable and affordable contraception or family planning method. The project will focus on providing injectables and pills contraceptions and services at a free costk.

About the Millennium Fellow

Amina Garba Aminu is a Nursing student at Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. She was born and lives in in the northern part of Nigeria. She's advocate of women and children's health and hopes to help other people with the same goal in reducing the burden of maternal and infant mortality in the region through adequate utilization of contraception and family planning. She aspires to be a midwifery researcher in the future and bring about change in the lives of women and children.
