" To contribute for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by bringing my unique visioning techniques and gain the exposure, experience and the connections I require to exceed in my field of study.My previous experience includes a grass rooted level awareness creation with the community regarding HIV/AIDS; Gender based violence, child molestation and abuse and also working as an intern in a legal aid clinic. Therefore, my contributions can be creating awareness, capacity building, to promote and advocate the implementation of the declarations goal .To create a wide network with like-minded youth in a local and national level and create a platform to exchange experience. "

About the Millennium Fellow

My name is Nahom Nadew Zerihun, I was born on August 3 2000, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from my parents, Nadew Zerihun and Tigist Albecahew. I have one younger sibling,Mikiyas Nadew.
I started school when I became 3 years old.From kindergarten through the fourth grade, I went to Daventery Academy, and from the fifth to the sixth grade, I went to Joy Academy. I took part in drama and other charitable activities while I was there. I also received an academic achievement award. In seventh Grade upto 12th grade I attended at School of Tomorrow . I have had a strong academic foundation for which I have won various certificates.I received all A on the national exam in Grade 10 and earned a score of 503 in Grade 12 when I enrolled in the law school at Bahir Dar University, where I currently have a high distinction.I am actively involved in extracurricular activities both on campus and off campus in an effort to broaden my network.
