Bingham University Cohort aims to promote “Good Health and well being”by working on indicator 3 of the Sustainable Development Goal 3 with our focus on Ending the Epidemic of AIDS, Malaria and Hepatitis.
About the Millennium Fellow
Deborah Ibrahim is a young 500 level medical student of Bingham University, born in Abuja and lives in Abuja and schools in Nasarawa State.
For as long as she can remember she has always been passionate about women's right. This has lead to her participation in various movement's aimed at bridging the gender gap. Her passion for good health was the driving factor for her studying Medicine, so that one day, she would be in a position to make health services more affordable.
She has served in a position of leardship in her school's Medical Student's Association and has been active in various Sustainment Development Goals. She was also a delegate at the International Health Summit for the Sustainable Development Goal 3, held by her Medical Students Association earlier this year.
