Millennium Fellowship Project: The Tweyonje Campaign
The project is called the Tweyonje campaign and it is about improving sanitation and the personal hygiene of the community through various activities including mass sensitization.
About the Millennium Fellow
Rita Mbatudde is a young enthusiastic medical student currently studying in Busitema university. She was born and raised in Uganda, a third world country and we'll, you can say she has been exposed to the tough situations in life. Rita is very passionate about quality education and she has through her limited resources supported the underprivileged children of her society to go and attain an education because she believes an educated child is an empowered child. To add on, she is passionate about good health care of her patients as she believes diseases are best avoided so she is looking to partner with people who will help her expand her influence into disease prevention and control. Through the Millennium Fellowship , she believes that she will be equiped with the right skills to embark and expand this dream in her community.
