United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. Over 31,000 young leaders on 2,400+ campuses across 140+ nations applied to join the Class of 2022.  200+ campuses worldwide (just 8%) were selected to host the 3,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Tweyonje Campaign

The project is called the Tweyonje campaign and it is about improving sanitation and the personal hygiene of the community through various activities including mass sensitization.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mutesi Subaiha Jamiirah is a bright, young and competitive medical student at Busitema University Uganda. She was born in Uganda and currently lives in Butambala, Uganda. For as far as she has moved, she has been a passionate and focused student and person in whatsoever she does especially when it comes to women and girl's rights which came about after the experiences from around the community onto the women. It is on this note that she aspires to have her contribution in changing the lives of many women and girls in her society
