" The Millennium Fellowship would allow me to interact with more like-minded people in the community who share my goals and ideals. Working under the tutelage of experienced individuals and peer trainers would let me replicate my visions and ambitions into tangible, fruitful projects. Most importantly, the Fellowship would provide a platform for me to learn and grow into a conscious, socially responsible student. I am excited to get started , and am hopeful that the work I do with my cohort will do some social good. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sports for Change
The project Sports for Change aims to provide welfare, equality, and knowledge through sports and physical activities. For the project's initial implementation, we have identified two target schools in Janakiram Layout, Bengaluru (India). The goal is to provide valuable learning experiences and teachings to those children who lack the opportunities and resources. The project also aims to assist children in primary school (Grades 1-4) as that is the most affected group due to the consequences of the pandemic.
