Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Meraki
Meraki means doing something by pouring your soul into it. In this project, as we look into our project area, we envision the limitless talents and dreams each child is capable of possessing and harnessing. The first phase of our plan includes engaging with grade 3 and 4 students. We plan to create an exciting and entertaining learning environment for children to show them that learning can be both fun and beneficial too!
About the Millennium Fellow
I am Jayeesha Taneja. I am driven, passionate and an empathatic human who strives to bring change in the very roots of society. I am ardent towards making this world a better and safer place to live and coexist in. My love for psychology and my passion for social work coupled together has motivated me to vouch and fight for the well-being of people who are deprived of their basic human right and stripped off their dignity.
By the end of this Fellowship, I aim at creating a small change in this big world, where some of it matters and brings light into the lives of people who have been pushed into the darkness.
