The platform will help me to share the ideas and plans for the betterment of the society and will help me to engage with my goal more effectively by the guidelines that i would get through the Fellowship. I believe this new chapter will add new experience in the path of achieving my ultimate goal of social work. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Let's talk
Our project is focused on SDG three which is Good health and well being. In this project we are working on mental health of school, college and university level students. "Let's Talk" project's prime goal is to let people deal with mental health issues as a friend, family or life partner.
To get an overview about our project, we are going through different department's of our university, different schools and colleges to create awareness about mental health. Our main objective is to remove toxicity when talking to friends, family or life partner.
How family, friends or life partners contributes in this toxicity we discuss it with students. We try to hear from them how they are dealing with toxicity in their daily life. We motivate them to be open about these mental health issues, be a good friend, family or life partner by hearing and understanding about others problems. So, this is how i'm involving my community, fellows worldwide
