" Being part of the Millennium Fellowship will fill me with skills of adaptability, especially in our current world where everyday, new technology is released and we are naturally forced to adapt. I believe the skills I will gain here will enable me to be an early adapter and increase my chances of surviving and competing sufficiently and efficiently. I believe my creativity and view of the world will be enhanced. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Makhosi Wellness

Makhosi Wellness is an independent project led by Millennium Fellow Lemu Wanjiku. Makhosi Wellness addresses issues around mental health and wellness. The project aims to engage the youth in activities such as meditation, art therapy, and also play therapy as well as teaching people ways of coping with the day-to-day stresses of life. Makhosi Wellness majorly aims in helping people increase their self-awareness and know themselves better. I personally believe that the root of all demise is not knowing who you are.
