" For me it is excites me whenever I hear various conversations concerning Mental health awareness. However, I believe more is yet to be done and can be done especially amongst campus students and teenagers. Since it's inclusion in the SDG declaration under SDG 3, I believe, there's much more that can and should be done in acheiving 'good mental health and wellbeing' especially in the African continent where such issues are rarely discussed or even stigmatized in some instances. I am excited for this journey I'm about to begin exploring our ideas as a part of the Millennium Fellows. "
