Millennium Fellowship Project: Environmental Awareness at Egerton University

The Environmental Awareness project is a project aimed to mobilize youth at Egerton university to join hands together in maintaining a clean environment and provide information about the role and responsibility of the community to maintain a clean environment.

About the Millennium Fellow

Raymond kiprono Rutto is a young strong creative man.Currently persuing bachelor's degree in community development at Egerton university Njoro Kenya. He was born in Eldoret rift valley Kenya. He discovered his passion about service to humanity when still in primary school and advanced in secondary school where he was a peer councillor to help Fellow youth undergoing depression in school life and the need to cope with school life.Having been born in humble family background didn't prevent him from rising and chasing his dream of being a global change agent. Apart from being Student he has been volunteering as a first aider to university students and also organizing charity visits with Kenya Red cross Egerton chapter. Currently he is a volunteer peace ambassador, champion of drug free society, promoting gender eguity and ending Gender based violence. To ensure food security he is a young farmer and social entrepreneur around his community back at home.He is passionate about changing the community perception about life and helping the world to achieve sustainable development goals.
