" "Textile waste is a significant issue that must be addressed. With the help of the Millennium Fellowship, I hope to improve my leadership abilities. I am also excited to expand my perspective through discussions with other Fellows as we grow through our engagement in social action. " "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Panthers Reducing Waste
Opened a sustainability hub on our college's campus. The hub is home to the university closet and university fridge. Students can come and donate clothes or food and/or take what they need. We also educate our university's students on sustainability issues.
About the Millennium Fellow
Natalie Concepcion is a junior political science and international relations major at Florida International University.
