United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. Over 31,000 young leaders on 2,400+ campuses across 140+ nations applied to join the Class of 2022.  200+ campuses worldwide (just 8%) were selected to host the 3,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: SAWE4ALL

The project is called SAWE 4 ALL, an implementation of the SDG 16. Aim to enlighten
people on the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene
especially for our water bodies to ensure good health and mitigate the mortality rate
due to water borne diseases. The primary target audience is the vulnerable members
of the community who do not have access to clean water and are not properly
enlightened on environmental and health sanitation

About the Millennium Fellow

Nanaaisha Muhammad is young, Nigerian, with intelligent mindset, studying Biochemistry in Federal university Dutse, jigawa state. A writer at her leisure, she is also passionate about women's rights. She hopes to be a pen to uplift women who are victims to the soceital misconduct to build their self esteem and be able to stand for themselves.
