" Listening skills, courage, right decision making, and deliberateness are some of the skills I'm willing to learn and cultivates in this Millennium Fellowship training which would be of immense importance in my experience during translating my workshop of motivating and recruiting more orphans, Almajiri children, and girl children back to school which is consistent with the UN SDGs goals of quality education and fighting inequality "

Millennium Fellowship Project: SAWE4ALL

The project is called SAWE 4 ALL, an implementation of the SDG 16. Aim to enlighten
people on the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene
especially for our water bodies to ensure good health and mitigate the mortality rate
due to water borne diseases. The primary target audience is the vulnerable members
of the community who do not have access to clean water and are not properly
enlightened on environmental and health sanitation

About the Millennium Fellow

My name is Saifullahi Attahir from Wurno, Jigawa State . Born on 7-11- 1993. I attended Government College Birnin-Kudu for my secondary education where I graduated in 2009. During my Birnin-Kudu days I actively participated in the press club, debate club, football and I held the responsiblity of a class captain up to my graduation. I attended College of Health and Technology in Jahun (Jigawa State) and Tsafe (Zamfara State) for a diploma in medical laboratory technology certificates in which both I was an active member of student Union and professional Associations. I started casual job at Rasheed Shekoni Teaching Hospital Dutse in the laboratory department for 3 years during which I participated in several health outreach campaigns, member of USAIDS fight against HIV, team member and phlebotomist in the NAIIS project Nigeria in 2018.
In 2019 I was admitted in to Federal University Dutse to study MBBS in which I was now a 300 level medical student. I was active in Nigeria medical student association in the local chapter. I was the group leader in our community medicine health posting. I'm now selected as a participant in Millennium Fellowship class of 2022 under UN charter for youth development.
