" ENGIRLS INITIATIVE is a youth-driven initiative that recognizes the right of the youth or young adults especially girls to survival, effective protection, development and participation. This initiative aims at empowering girls with entrepreneurial skills, creating new and broader enabling environment and opportunities for them and their existence. ENGIRLS initiative tends to promote the rights of young females and mobilize them for development and participation through research, education and action-oriented programmes directed towards their entrepreneurial skills; empowering them as social change agents through increasing their self esteem, knowledge and skills. I'm excited because this will increase my competence. "
