Millennium Fellowship Project: Awareness Creation on Human Right Issues

The project is about creating awareness regarding human rights issues. The aim of the project is to equip people around campus with the knowledge of human right so that they will be able to standup for themselves when there rights are being violated and even help others to assure the resoectivenes of human rights .

About the Millennium Fellow

Dawit Worku is a passionate law student at Hawassa university. He was born in Ethiopia, specifically around Debrebirhan and he is currently studying law at Hawassa university. He has always been passionate about helping his community to excel. He has been participating in different volunteer activities throughout his high school years and now in his college years he is engaging in different activities relating to human rights and educational areas. For the future he is planning on continuing his volunteering activities and to contribute to the development of united nations sustainable goals.
