Millennium Fellowship Project: Health Track
Health Track is a project to educate youth about the importance of healthy living and physical activity to promote a healthy lifestyle. The project aims to educate secondary school students in areas that concentrate on personal health, hygiene, mindfulness practice, and physical fitness.
About the Millennium Fellow
Babatunde Muhammed Bashir is a final year Human Kinetics student at the premier university in Nigeria, the University of Ibadan, Ibadan in Nigeria.
Babatunde was born in the state of Oyo and raised in the city of Ibadan, the state capital. From his early teenage years, Babatunde has been passionate about an improved educational system and seeing it as a means to eradicate poverty by providing meaningful engagement and livelihood for a better society. All this has led him to willingly participate in projects contributing to his vision. Through the Millennium Fellowship, he plans to continue to be a force for change in his community and the world at large.
