" Learning and teaching is not only limited to classrooms of schools and colleges, but has its impacts as far as our life. Life is itself a great teacher and we are able to learn a lot. This is the reason for which I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow so as to share my thoughts and feelings about the women and LGBTQ+ communities are no different from the other people around the world. Through the skills I have I would like to use this Fellowship to increase my knowledge and competence. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Vriddhi
Our project aims at making people, especially women and the LGBTQ+ community independent by enhancing their financial knowledge and providing them with essential basic financial literacy. We are a group of 9 people who would facilitate the project.
About the Millennium Fellow
Isha Ipsita is a passionate, diligent and earnest pre graduation student at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi, India. She is great persuader of equality and righteousness in every aspects for an individual to live a healthy and content life irrespective of its gender, caste , colour or religion. She believes in the thought that when God made creatures keeping one thing in mind that they are the future of earth and even mother Earth doesn't differentiate while feeding it's child, then who are humans to oppose the laws of nature.
She loves to teach and spread the light of education amongst all her surrounding wherever she feels the need to enlighten the beings.
She is a good listener and a fun loving girl.
