" “Doing something, it could be anything, for a good cause makes me feel like I am making my own life worthwhile. PROJECT LUSH, which is a project that we are going to be doing with my teammates, focuses on reducing climate change and making people around us aware about the real dangers of the threat, which is something everyone around us should at least give an attempt for. After joining the college and spending almost two years online I am sure that the Millennium Fellowship would give me the skills I need to go on with my social and environmental activities. And I am certain that with the aid of our institute and the Millennium Fellowship , our attempt to spread awareness about climate change would become more successful.” "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Lush
PROJECT LUSH is a project I am doing with a couple of my friends who like me, thinks that climatic change is one of the major issues that is haunting the planet. We aim at reducing the negative impacts of climatic change by doing various activities like planting nearly 500 saplings, cleaning water bodies, and conducting awareness classes in educational institutions. We will also be connecting with an NGO which promotes nature conservation and involve in different activities with their help.
