Millennium Fellowship Project: Good Health, Good Mind
Good Health, Good Mind focuses on the individuals' holistic well-being, covering the aspect of both mental and physical form. We are driven to strike out the negative
connotation around the stigmas and stereotypes around health—some things people can articulate without being hushed.
About the Millennium Fellow
Nayanita Choudhury is a passionate undergraduate student hailing from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. She was born in Odisha, presently residing in Delhi, aiming to complete her degree in English honours. For a long time, wellbeing has been an area of her interest. The tumult surrounding the issue experienced at a very young age drove her to undertake the task of making a change and expanding the importance given to the achievement of holistic health. She believes in making small changes to be able to make a huge impact She has taken part in a few webinars that were aimed at total well-being, including physical and mental. She hopes to bring change and more consciousness and extend the initiative on the global platform and mark some contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Goals.
