Our mental helth is one of the most crucial parts of our lives that must be protected. If it becomes affected, low self esteem peer presure and negative mood swings are birthed among other things.
Affected mental health can also lead to depression which gives room for suicidal thoughts that is, wanted to up on living.
This is why our initiative urges people to take care of theiir mental health as well as offers support to those battling depression and harbouring suicidal thoughts.
We are saying to anyone out there who's hurting to ask for help. It is not a sign of weakness to ask for helpm its a sign of strength. Suicide os never the remedu Hence we implore you to always remember that not so many get to choose to live. The life you have is priceless and valuables.
