Millennium Fellowship Project: Beyond Plastic
We aim to spread awareness about climate change and the hazardous effects it can have on human life.
- We plan to clean the beaches and donate the collected plastic for recycling and promote sustainable practices at the college level- like waste management using 6 different dustbins, forming telegram/Whatsapp groups to keep the readers/students in the loop reminding them that climate change is not a hoax.
- We'll try to do deep research on fast fashion on our college campus via various surveys and write a research paper on how this industry is contributing to environmental pollution.
- plant more trees around the college campus and use RTI to know about govt steps to control climate change
-encourage people to do a regular PUC check for their vehicles
- conducting webinars on promoting sustainability, circular economy, and veganism.
