Millennium Fellowship Project: Swoccha Sahar
Our project aims to aware the public about the unmanaged waste disposing system of Nepal. We focus on primary school children mostly of grade 3-4 where we hope to instill good waste managing habits in them. We want the children to know about the proper ways to dispose all kinds of waste. We go to different primary schools and conduct workshops related to waste management. We also hope to make the public aware about the waste management system of Nepal through our social media page.
About the Millennium Fellow
Anugya Lamsal is a caring and hardworking individual who strives to do her best. Anugya was born in Nepal and currently lives in Kathmandu,Nepal.
She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from Kathmandu university. She is very passionate and determined about the sustainable development goals and creating a clean and safe space . She wants to bring a change in her surroundings and also wants to promote leadership in young people. She is creative about building new ideas and implementing them .
