Millennium Fellowship Project: Motivation, Fuel for Self Efficiency.

The project was initiated to fight for 100% transition from high school to tertiary schools. Currently most of the the students complete their high school education and drop from the System. They will go to the industry while they are incompetent, this has affected the quality of human resources in Africa for decades and has influenced poverty as they attract low income. To counteract the effect, it is important to to teach youths about the importance of acquiring necessary skills before venturing into the industry. This will positively impact their live and the quality of human resources in the continent. This will move forward Africa into competing with the rest of the world.
