" Being a Millennium Fellow will help me reach my target and convey my massage to the targeted audience. It will give me a platform for my voice to be heard. Furthermore, this will make me more creative, energetic and active and develop a good communication skill, learning behaviour through it's timely programmes, seminars and participation. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental health matters
I want to help those suffering with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I am looking forward to break the taboos "it's all in the mind" ,"if you'll think it, you'll have it", "you're overthinking " , "you're overreacting " and other taboos that shows mental problems to be a non serious issue. I really want to break the culture of taking serious of mental health only after its diagnosed by doctors or related workers after being codified in letters in paperwork. Mental health is not only limited to mental part of body.
