" The major inspiration driving my work is empathy and stability. My aim for my work to to help build a stable and healthier society. My goal is to bring awareness to food and sleep deprivation and the effect it has on students. I am excited to to use this platform to give students like me the critical knowledge needed to regulate and maintain their health and wellbeing. I am thrilled to work with this platform because my goals align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Health city
This project is going to be a series of online and offline campaigns to educate students about proper nutrition and proper sleep routine. I have noticed that many of my classmates survive on junks and noodles. Not just that but the others who eat a " proper diet, "eat mostly rice and our traditional dishes which focus mainly on the carbohydrate food group. Many are of the believe that "all food is good food" and need to be educated on proper nutrition. I have also noticed a trend of sleep deprivation in my school. Sleep deprivation has now become a thing to celebrate among students who are ignorant to the disadvantages of of a bad sleep schedule and it's effects the brain.
