Mr Eleazar Samuel Barclay is a Climate Activist and innovator. He is a senior student of the University of Liberia reading Sociology and Public Administration.

Mr Barclay recently attended the Youth4Climate Driving Ambition in Italy,Milan 2021 and Africa Climate Week in Gabon, Libreville. Mr Barclay also runs a project with the EU Delegation in Liberia.
