Millennium Fellowship Project: Rescue Youth Alliance 2023 Academic Challenge
Provided academic supports to grade students through quizzing, debates and spelling bee competition to strengthen their academic performances in school.
Winners from the competition were awarded certificates and cash for the purpose of motivation.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sylvester Choloplay is the President and Founder of Rescue Youth Alliance (REYA) – a nonprofit youth organization that provides educational (scholarship), entrepreneurial, and leadership opportunities for young people in Liberia.
He is an action-oriented youth leader who leads a group of effective young and passionate leaders in Liberia over the years toward achieving the UN SDGs.
Amb. Choloplay is a senior student at the University of Liberia studying Communications and Media Studies as Major and Sociology as a minor. He is also a Journalist at the Spoon Communications Network (FARBRIC Radio and Spoon TV) and Internews/USAID Senior Journalism Fellow.
