" Having an open mind and creating social impact that creates a better world for all is what drives me to take part in the UN Millennium Fellowship. I'm excited to collaborate with people who have similar passions and different ideas than me. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Women in power

My project would be empowering women by targeting the SDG 5. Currently women do not hold an equal amount of high positions in law, business and many other areas . I would like to create a event that would inform people of this disparity and how they can get involved to change this. This is personal to me because I would like to work in the legal field as a lawyer. The overall goal would be to empower women by showing them there is a place for them in fields that's are primarily dominated by men currently, and overall give women an equal opportunity.
