Millennium Fellowship Project: Women in Power
As women ourselves, we experience gender discrimination all around us. As two of our representatives plan to practice law, and one anticipates entering business, our organization seeks parity for women regarding equal pay. “Women in Power” plans to tackle the issue of gender wage gaps within the work force.
About the Millennium Fellow
Taylor Charlotte Schembri is a hardworking, passionate, responsible, and selfless individual who is studying pre-law at Lynn University with a minor in social impact and justice. For as long as Taylor could remember, she had a greater desire for helping others and giving back to her community. As soon as she arrived at Lynn, Taylor knew she would have many opportunities to make a difference in her community at Lynn University. After Taylor learned about the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals, she felt inspired to act upon a social change. Taylor Schembri aspires to be in a courtroom creating policy change and addressing social issues. Taylor is determined to bring change to the courtrooms of America and has considered international law regarding social justice.
