About the Millennium Fellow
Elly Ebouy is a pre-risk analyst currently studying actuarial science at Maseno University in Kenya .He has been passionate about managing risks associated with poor waste management.He has been able to organize general cleaning when he was at Kisumu Boys high school,together with UNESCO Maseno chapter he had been able to conduct cleaning in Made no town.Elly is a young energetic man who is goal oriented,socially available and a true representation of sustainable development through quality leadership .
