" I've always wished I could actively influence society for the better. The Millennium Fellowship, in my opinion, will not only provide me with a platform from which to accomplish this but also a strong foundation on which to build my causes in the future. When you want to do your best for society, you need to have certain skills, but you also need them if you want to advance in your personal life, career, and as an individual. Skills such as communication, versatility, the capacity to learn from others, and the comprehension that there are many diverse ways to bring about change will not just further my cause, but also help me meet and influence like minded individuals who wish to make a positive change in the society. "

Unemployment is a common economic malady faced by each and every country of the world, irrespective of their economic system and the level of development achieved. But the nature of unemployment prevailing in underdeveloped or developing countries sharply differs to that of developed countries of the world. At the regional and national level, citizens are eligible for many available employment schemes, government programs and other beneficial NGO Activities. To bridge this gap between people and employment programs and to help them access these programs we have developed an idea for an application. ‘Mploy’ is to educate the general public about these programs and schemes. Our app aims to bring them all under the same roof to be accessed by everyone.
