" I'm a strong believer in the advocating for the nurturing and preservation of mental health and psychological issues within our society and the world in general
I therefore believe that the coaching and guidance I'll acquire in working with the Millennium Fellowship team will undoubtedly put me at the fore front of achieving this goal. I also firmly believe that this project will be a huge contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Goals under the third goal which is,the provision of God health and well being. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Amani Mental Health and Fitness Program

It was a project to use the fitness center based in campus as a form of releasing stress among fellow students by improving the facility by looking for better machines for working out for mental health.

About the Millennium Fellow

I'd describe Joy Tamara, myself as a humble, optimistic and goal oriented young lass who was born and bred in Nairobi, Kenya but later relocated to Eldoret, Kenya with the aim of pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
She is a lover of life and wholeheartedly embraces humanity and charity work of all dimensions to the fullest.
Through time she has developed immense interest in dealing with individuals and nurturing them psychologically.
Joy Tamara aspires to be a professional Psychologist who will use her knowledge and abilities to pull individuals out of mental torture and psychological distress in order for them to be at better places .She would also be honored if it goes down in her history that she was able to contribute to the society's good health and well being which is considered the third goal under the United Nations Sustainable Goals.
