Millennium Fellowship Project: It's Okay not to be Okay

It's Okay not to be okay is a mental health sloggan that encourages people to know that they do not have to be okay all the time. And the times that they are not, it's fine not to be. The project involves exercise, plogging, and Art therapy. The above exercises helps one relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Helping us to engage with the community more.

About the Millennium Fellow

Marion Zipponadah Olal is an outgoing, bright, and smart working pre scientist student who is currently undertaking her bachelors degree in Moi University Kenya. She was born and resides in Kenya which also makes her a member of the East African Community. As long as she can remember, Marion has always been an advocate for human rights, gender equality and a champion for women leadership. From high-school, throughout her collage years she has actively organised and participated in forums that have positively impacted others in relation to gender equality, mental health, and women leadership. She aspires to impact more lives not only in her country but also internationally through seeing to it that the Sustainable Development Goals are achieved.
